Responsibilities:
- QA Lead : Ensure the quality of deliverables by leading testing and QA efforts across all stages of development in alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for the project.
- Lead the QA team to ensure the functionality, scalability, and reliability of all delivered components.
- Define test cases, test plans, and coordinate testing activities.
- Collaborate with development, SREs, and automation teams to ensure testing is integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform root cause analysis and work with teams for defect resolution.
Mandatory Skills Description:
- Automation, DevOps, infrastructure observability, CICD
- Nice to have: ETL Test lead, Data validation, Bi testing, Machine Learning Tester, Machine Leaning operations, Terraform, Tensorflow
- 15+ Years of Total Experience & 10+ years of relevant experience
- Expert knowledge in ITIL foundations, certification preferred.
- Techno functional knowledge in managing and auditing IT infra and apps landscape. AWS cloud, IT infra must have
- Define, audit and control project governance Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
- Strong expertise in Testing and Validation services for Observability engagements
- Knowledge of ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), AWS cloud services , Grafana
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
