We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a QA Lead with Scrum Master responsibilities. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, agile project management, and product research skills to support our product management team. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between stakeholders, drive scrum ceremonies, and conduct in-depth research to inform strategic product decisions.

Qualifications
Required Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Lead, Scrum Master, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Proven ability to gather and document requirements in a technical environment.
- Experience conducting market and user research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
