Responsibilities
As an ETL QA Lead, you will:
- Lead the ETL testing team and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality analytics solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for data warehouse systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the QA process.
Requirements
We're looking for a candidate with:
- Over 9 years of experience in QA with a strong focus on ETL testing and data analytics.
- Strong expertise in leading and managing a team of QA professionals.
- Proven experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for data warehouse systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
