QA Lead in our office in Bangalore, India.

We are seeking a QA Lead with strong technical and automation skills to drive quality across web, mobile, and backend trading systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, and Appium, solid object-oriented programming knowledge, and a passion for building scalable, maintainable frameworks. You'll lead QA efforts, mentor engineers, and ensure smooth, high-quality releases through effective test strategy, automation, and CI/CD integration

Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts for trading-related projects across web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Perform both manual and automated testing for web and mobile platforms (Android/iOS).
• Plan and execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing cycles.
• Design, build, and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium (Java) and/or Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript).
• Apply object-oriented programming (OOP) principles to develop reusable and maintainable automation components.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps).
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure quality from the start.
• Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution, ensuring timely fixes.
• Review and continuously improve QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide QA engineers to strengthen the overall quality culture.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across complex trading workflows, including account management, order execution, and reporting.
