Position: QA Intern
About The Role
We are looking for a passionate QA Intern to join our Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Manual Testing, Automation Testing, API Testing, and an interest in AI testing.
Responsibilities
- Assist in Functional, Integration, and Regression Testing.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman.
- Support automation scripting (Selenium/Cypress/Playwrightmodify as needed).
- Participate in testing of AI features, chatbot workflows, and agent responses.
- Report, track, and verify bugs in tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.
- Work closely with developers and senior QA to understand requirements.
- Participate in review meetings and provide feedback on product quality.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of SDLC & STLC.
- Basic knowledge of Manual Testing concepts.
- Understanding of API Testing (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE).
- Basic hands-on with Automation tools (Selenium/Cypress preferred).
- Familiarity with AI testing, chatbot interactions, or LLM-based tools is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
