About the role
We are seeking a motivated
QA Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to real‑world testing projects. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in manual testing, automation, and API testing while working closely with experienced QA professionals.
Requirements
Required Skills / Basic Knowledge
- Basic understanding of Manual Software Testing concepts
- Fundamental knowledge of Selenium for automation testing
- Basic knowledge of Java programming
- Understanding of API testing using tools like Postman or Insomnia
- Awareness of REST Assured for API testing (basic exposure is sufficient)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands
- Understanding of SDLC & STLC
Good to Have
- Exposure to Cucumber, BDD, or any automation frameworks
- Experience with any academic or personal testing projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in designing and executing manual and automated test cases.
Support automation testing using Selenium and learn BDD practices.
Perform manual testing for new features and bug fixes.
Execute test cases and help analyze test results.
Identify, log, and track defects under guidance from senior team members.
Participate in end‑to‑end testing activities.
Document test cases, test results, and defects.
Learn and follow best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
