ServiceNow QA – HAM (Hardware Asset Management)

Contract : 12 Months

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (onsite)

Client is looking for a detail-oriented ServiceNow QA Engineer with experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of ServiceNow applications. The candidate will be responsible for validating HAM modules, workflows, integrations, and ensuring compliance with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated testing of ServiceNow HAM modules.
• Validate end-to-end asset lifecycle processes including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
• Test integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (ERP, CMDB, etc.).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing.
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools like ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Validate data integrity across CMDB and HAM modules.
