MyYogaTeacher is Looking for:
We're looking for a
QA Engineer with a strong inclination toward automation using Playwright and an interest in leveraging AI tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage. You'll play a key role in ensuring product quality through both manual and automated testing, while exploring modern approaches to faster and smarter QA.
Responsibilities
- Understand product requirements and identify test scenarios, edge cases, and risk areas
- Write and execute detailed test cases for web/mobile applications
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman or similar
- Collaborate with developers to debug and resolve issues efficiently
- Participate in sprint planning, release cycles, and QA processes
- Contribute to test automation efforts and improve test coverage
- Maintain clear documentation of test cases, bugs, and reports
- Ensure product quality across different environments and devices
- Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to:
- Generate test cases
- Improve test coverage
- Assist in debugging and analysis
- Continuously improve automation coverage and testing efficiency
Must-Have Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in QA / software testing
- Strong understanding of manual testing fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with API testing
- Working knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience with automation testing (Playwright preferred)
- Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira or similar)
- Good understanding of SQL / data validation
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows
- Comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and testing workflows
