Role Overview:

We are seeking a QA Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring product quality through strong manual testing practices while contributing to an existing automation setup. Quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle rather than treated as a final step.

Key Responsibilities:

The role involves creating well-defined test cases from requirements and executing functional, regression, and integration testing. You will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and tracking defects with clear reproduction steps, as well as validating fixes before release. Participation in sprint testing and release cycles is essential.

You will also support the Cypress-based automation framework by adding and maintaining test scripts and improving coverage for critical scenarios. The role includes API testing using tools like Postman and performing basic data validation through SQL queries.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 2–5 years of QA experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with tools like Jira and TestRail. Exposure to performance testing tools is a plus.
