QA Engineer

About the role

Techtinium is looking for a QA Engineer who is passionate about delivering high quality software products and is accountable for the stability of the software on various platforms. This role focuses on operational QA, real-world workflow validation, AI quality verification, and high-risk manual testing scenarios that are difficult to automate reliably.

You'll act as the follow-the-sun quality layer — catching regressions, validating releases, and monitoring production health. This role complements existing automation and monitoring infrastructure; it does not replace it.

Core Responsibilities

Release verification and post-deployment smoke testing across staging and production environments

Real meeting workflow testing including desktop recording and session validation

RBAC and tenant isolation validation to prevent cross-company data leakage

AI response and chat quality verification across meeting intelligence workflows

Cross-platform testing across desktop, web, and mobile environments

CRM integration verification and asynchronous email/automation pipeline monitoring

What you'll own

Monitoring of meeting processing, automation, and email pipelines

Regression and exploratory testing on new releases

Structured test execution across staging and production environments

Clear documentation of defects, anomalies, and coverage gaps

Escalation of critical issues with sufficient context for rapid resolution

Continuous feedback to improve test plans and coverage areas

What we're looking for

3+ years in a QA or software testing role, ideally in a SaaS environment

Experience with manual testing of web, desktop, and mobile applications

Familiarity with RBAC, multi-tenant architectures, and access control testing

Comfort validating AI-generated outputs against expected quality benchmarks

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Strong written communication for async defect reporting and handoffs

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
