RedDoorz, Southeast Asia's leading hospitality brand, is looking for a QA Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on testing experience to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving end-to-end quality initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Drive end-to-end software quality across multiple releases.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform testing for Web and Mobile applications (Android & iOS).
- Conduct API and Database testing (must-have).
- Execute test cycles, track results, log defects, and coordinate resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
- Continuously improve test coverage, QA processes, and effectiveness.
- Ensure high quality while working in an agile, fast-moving environment.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and SDLC.
- Experience with multiple testing types and techniques.
- Exposure to automation testing is a plus.
- Knowledge of security and performance testing is a plus.
- Ability to understand business requirements and think both technically and functionally.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable under tight timelines.
