Job Description
Role : QA Engineer
Work Location : Bangalore
Responsibilities
- Execute test cases, report defects, and ensure they are properly tracked and resolved.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.
- Write and maintain test automation scripts to streamline testing processes.
- Collaborate with QA engineers and developers to ensure alignment on testing processes and priorities.
- Monitor and maintain test automation pipelines to ensure continuous integration and delivery.
- Investigate issues, perform detailed analysis of functionality specifications, and recommend improvements to enhance the customer journey.
- Develop and maintain the QA Automation Framework to support scalable and efficient testing.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA and automation testing.
Required
- Understanding of feature differences across various mobile devices (both Android and iOS) that are relevant to test automation.
- Experience in cloud based device testing platforms like Kobiton, Sauce Labs, etc
- Experience in performance testing.
- Experience in working with SDLC & understanding the development process
- Experience in using Docker
