Seeking a QA Engineer having a strong foundation in quality assurance, ETL and Automation Selenium (Python/Java) ,Performance testing and good SQL skills.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive testing plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product issues early in the development cycle.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and manual test cases.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Track and report on quality metrics and KPIs.
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
