QA Engineer

Role Overview

As part of a transformation-focused delivery engagement, the QA Engineer will contribute directly to execution assurance, risk mitigation, and release confidence. This role is central to ensuring that product behavior, system reliability, and functional coverage remain aligned with program goals and business expectations. You will work within an environment that values clarity, structured testing, traceability, and predictable deliverycore principles of the PMC approach.

Required Experience & Skills

• 610 years of strong QA experience across automation and manual testing
• Hands-on experience in:
• Java o Selenium
• SQL (PostgreSQL/Oracle preferred; strong SQL proficiency required)
• Experience working with hardware and software testing tools
• Strong foundation in structured testing methodologies and release management
• Experience in healthcare domain is an advantage
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Drive quality assurance activities across automation and manual testing within defined delivery milestones
• Build and maintain robust test coverage to support predictable release cycles
• Validate business-critical workflows using Java, Selenium, SQL, and structured test practices
• Execute testing scenarios across hardware and software components to ensure end-toend system readiness
• Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and product teams to align test outcomes with program objectives
• Support defect governance, root cause analysis, and closure tracking.
• Ensure testing documentation, traceability, and evidence are complete for audit, compliance, and program transparency
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered
• Any additional certifications in QA, automation, software testing, or test management frameworks are beneficial (not mandatory)
