Mandatory Skills
- 12 years of Software Quality Assurance (manual & automation testing)
- Proven expertise in Test Automation using Selenium and Java
- Experience testing APIs & Web Services (XML, REST, SOAP)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
General Requirements
- Manual and automated testing using web-based frameworks
- Proficiency in automation, load, and performance testing tools
- Ability to develop and implement robust test strategies/plans
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of scripting languages and test data management tools
- Familiarity with GenAI concepts and LLMs (ChatGPT, Bedrock, OpenAI)
- Experience with defect tracking tools
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile Scrum, and tools like JIRA, SharePoint, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with SQA automation and load testing tools (Selenium, LoadRunner, QTP, JMeter)
- Understanding of Customer Experience & Contact Center technologies (IVR, phone, chat)
- Excellent analytical and test build skills
