Role Summary
Job Title: Manual Tester
Experience: 35 Years
Location: Chennai (Preferred)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Interview Mode: Direct/In-person interview preferred
We are looking for an experienced Manual Tester with strong expertise in testing mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of QA methodologies, hands-on experience in API and functional testing, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment while interacting with cross-functional teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end manual testing of mobile and web applications
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios
- Conduct smoke and regression testing for product releases
- Perform API testing using TestNG and Cucumber frameworks
- Execute functional, UI, performance, and regression testing
- Ensure adherence to Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes
- Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with development and project teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Participate in client discussions to clarify requirements and provide updates
- Maintain test documentation and uphold quality standards across deliverables
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years of hands-on experience in manual testing
- Expert knowledge of QA standards, processes, tools, and methodologies
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
