Role Overview
We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong manual testing experience and a good understanding of automation concepts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with API and SQL testing, along with exposure to CRM platformspreferably Salesforce. Experience in Selenium automation will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end manual testing for web and mobile applications.
- Design, document, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar.
- Perform SQL-level validation for data accuracy and identify defects related to data integrity.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support automation activities and contribute to building/maintaining Selenium-based test scripts (preferred).
- Work on CRM testing tasks, preferably in Salesforce environments.
- Track, report, and manage defects in tools such as JIRA or similar.
Required Skills & Experience
- 35 years of experience in manual testing.
- Exposure to or experience with Selenium automation frameworks.
- Strong hands-on experience in API testing and SQL queries.
- Experience working with CRM platformsSalesforce experience preferred.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Any Salesforce or testing-related certification is an added advantage.
