Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in JavaScript-based automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts for web and API applications, ensuring high-quality product delivery across multiple platforms and devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using JavaScript and WDIO (WebdriverIO).
- Perform Web and API automation testing to ensure application functionality and performance.
- Design and execute automated test cases for responsive web applications.
- Validate application compatibility across different mobile browsers and devices.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and create effective test strategies.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Participate in code reviews, test planning, and continuous improvement of automation frameworks.
- Ensure test coverage for functional, regression, and integration testing.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in JavaScript automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO (WDIO).
- Experience in Web and API Automation Testing.
- Knowledge of responsive web testing and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience testing across mobile browsers and devices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git).
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in QA Automation and software testing.
