We are looking for an SDET-I to join our QA engineering team and help ensure the reliability and quality of our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for building and maintaining automated test solutions, collaborating closely with developers and product teams, and improving overall test coverage.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for web applications.
- Collaborate with developers to understand features and define test strategies.
- Identify, log, track, and validate defects using Jira.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide testability feedback.
- Ensure quality standards across releases in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in software testing/test automation.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium for automation testing.
- Strong experience in test case creation, execution, and defect tracking using Jira.
- Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals and QA methodologies.
- Experience in testing web-based applications.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience working with SaaS products or cloud-based applications.
- Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST clients).
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum development processes.
