Description
We are seeking a QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about software quality assurance and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Work closely with developers and product managers to understand features and create testing strategies.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality aspects.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Basic programming knowledge in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
