Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Translate business and system requirements into test strategies, test scenarios, and detailed test plans
Design, develop, document, and maintain optimized automated test scripts
Provide rotational QE on-call support for production and pre-production environments
Adhere to established engineering practices in the development and maintenance of automation frameworks
Apply BDD design concepts effectively to test software solutions
Deliver accurate, maintainable, and reusable code for automation and testing utilities
Measure, analyze, and report key Quality Engineering metrics
Perform accessibility testing on web-based applications and browser pages
Contribute actively to Quality Engineering chapter initiatives and continuous improvement programs
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to suggest process improvements and best practices
Identify opportunities to improve the maintainability and scalability of the automation platform

Technical Skills & Experience

56 years of experience primarily in software testing and Quality Engineering roles
Deep expertise across multiple testing types including functional, regression, integration, and non-functional testing
Strong hands-on Software Development in Test experience
3+ years of programming experience using JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java
3+ years of automation scripting experience (non-record and playback)
Solid understanding of BDD principles, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps concepts
Experience working with modern test automation frameworks and tools
