Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilledSoftware Development Engineer in Test (SDET) who is passionate about quality engineering and test automation. The ideal candidate will work closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to design, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks while ensuring high product quality across web,API,and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing

Write clean, maintainable, and reusable automation code using modern programming languages

Collaborate with developers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing

Review requirements, design documents, and test plans to identify gaps and edge cases

Analyze test results, log defects with clear reproduction steps, and track them to closure

Participate in code reviews with a strong focus on testability and quality

Continuously improve testing strategies, tools, and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Strong programming skills in Java/ Python / C# / JavaScript

Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, etc.)

Experience testingRESTful APIsusing tools like RestAssured, Postman, or similar

Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Knowledge of version control systems (Git)

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
