. Define Test Strategy and Test Plan
. Understand Requirements and participate in test Design
. Create test automation script for important features and execute scripts
. Experience in either UFT, selenium for web testing, RestAssured for API and Appium for Mobile testing . For Data testing SQL is used - knowledge of python is good to have
. Provide ideas and solutions for assessment and enhancement of automation frameworks
. Work closely with Offshore QE Manager to lead team and provide resolution to issues driving closure
. Create and track estimates of team members
. Defect reporting & test status reporting
. Ensure that each QE is owning their deliveries and representing themselves in daily standing meeting, able to plan the test of their own features, design ConformIQ / Hexawise,
