Qa Automation Lead/Automation Architect

This is a full-time, on-site role for a QA Automation Lead/Automation Architect based in Noida. The individual is responsible for establishing automated testing frameworks, streamlining testing processes, creating and maintaining test scripts, and overseeing test execution. In this role, you will align testing strategies with business requirements, ensure high-quality software delivery, and mentor junior team members. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and refine automation strategies will also be a critical part of this position.

• Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar
• Experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, along with strong scripting abilities
• Expertise in CI/CD processes and tools, like Jenkins or GitLab CI; understanding of Agile development practices
• Strong knowledge of designing and implementing testing frameworks, test cases, and debugging complex issues
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor and lead a team
• Experience with performance and load testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus
• Understanding of banking systems or fintech solutions is highly desirable
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
