QA Automation Engineer - TestComplete, Selenium

Scope:

• Design and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and ensure software quality through efficient defect detection and collaboration with development teams

Our current technical environment:

• Software: Java, JavaScript, Selenium, TestComplete, Git, Jenkins

• Application Architecture: Page Object Model and hybrid automation

• Cloud Architecture: OCI, MS Azure

• Frameworks/Others: TestNG

What you'll do:

• Design and maintain automation testing frameworks

• Develop automated test scripts for web and Desktop applications

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure product quality

• Continuously improving testing processes and automation coverage

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science, MCS or MCA (Computer Science)

• 3 - 5 years of QA or automation and Manual testing experience.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using modern automation tools

• Experience with TestComplete. Exp in Selenium is a strong plus

• Maintain reusable test utilities and libraries.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality across the SDLC

• Track test execution and automation coverage.

• Generate test reports and provide release readiness feedback.

• Monitor automation stability and reduce flaky tests.
