Job Summary:
We are looking for an experiencedAutomation Testerwith 3+ years of experiencein testing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise inCypress and Playwright for web automation. You will work in a fast-paced agile environment to design, develop, and execute automated tests for both web and mobile applications, ensuring the highest quality software deliverables.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experienceinautomation testingwith a strong focus onCypress and Playwrightfor web automation.
- Proficiency inJavaScriptorTypeScriptor Java for writing automated test scripts.
- Deep understanding ofweb testingacross different browsers and devices.
- Experience in integrating automated tests withCI/CD pipelines(e.g.,Jenkins,CircleCI,Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with version control systems such asGit.
- Experience inAPI testingusing tools likePostman,Rest-Assured, or similar.
- Solid understanding ofAgile methodologiesandSoftware Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with other web automation tools likeProtractor.
- Experience withBDD frameworkslikeCucumberorSpecFlow.
- Knowledge ofcloud-based testing platformssuch asBrowserStack,Sauce Labs, orAWS Device Farm.
- Performance testing experience using tools likeJMeter.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies likeDockerfor running test suites.
