Requirements
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in software QA automation (3+ years).
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect tracking.
- Demonstrated experience with UI automation using Playwright or similar tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
- Proficiency in at least one common programming language for automation (Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across distributed teams.
- Proactive and independent, with the ability to manage your own workload.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Playwright (if not already your main tool).
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Prior experience in a startup environment.
- Relevant certifications in software testing/QA (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
