Role Overview
As aPrincipal Quality EngineeringArchitectatRoboyo, you will leadquality transformation engagementsfor our enterprise customers. You willrunquality and test automation assessments, crafttailoredQuality Engineering strategies,build reusable assets / AI agentsand supportend-to-endengagementexecutionswith Test Automation and AI,especially using theUiPath Test Cloud and related tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor and lead enterprise-wide Quality Engineering assessments,identifymaturity gaps, and define comprehensive test automation roadmaps aligned with business ROI.
- Design and implement Automation Architecture with robust, tailored test automation frameworks across UI, API, and data layers, heavily leveraging UiPath TestCloudand emerging AI products/tools.
- Oversee phased implementation plans, establish KPIs, and ensure seamless integration with modern Agile/DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Build reusabletest automationassets withleading testing and AI platforms/tools to aiddelivery andsales efforts.
- Run executive workshops, act as a trusted advisor throughout the automation journey, and mentor both internal and client QA teams.
- Manage onsite and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
- Support presales efforts with proposals and technical demos.
- Provide thought leadership and mentoring to both internal teams and client QA teams on best practices in QE.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in QA/QE with progressive roles instrategy consulting and enterprise QA transformation.
- Experience in drivingclient consulting engagementsin a client-facing role working with executive stakeholders
- EnterpriseExperience in building and deliveringQA assessments,QA strategy, anddeliveryroadmap.
- Proven hands-on experience withUiPath Test Cloud(Studio Pro, Orchestrator for testing, Test Manager) or equivalent leadingautomation platforms
- Contributedtopre-salas work
- Deep understanding of automation frameworks and test design techniques (keyword-driven, data-driven, hybrid).
- Experience of building reusable assets,particularly with emerging AI tools.
- Solid grasp of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD integration patterns.
- Strong presentation, documentation, and workshop facilitation capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Test Suite Specialist) highly desirable.
- Domainexpereincein regulated industries like Insurance & BFSI, Life Sciences or Manufacturing is a plus.
- Familiarity with complementary tools like Tosca, Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or Azure DevOps.
