QA Architect _ AI/ML Systems

Description

We are seeking a QA Architect for our AI/ML Systems team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance practices specific to AI and machine learning projects, ensuring that our systems are robust, reliable, and high-performing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement QA strategies for AI/ML systems.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to ensure quality in the development process.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to the quality of AI/ML systems.
• Conduct performance testing and optimization of AI/ML models.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in testing.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in Quality Assurance, specifically in AI/ML systems.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Understanding of data validation, data quality assessment, and ETL processes.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive insights for testing purposes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
