Mavenbird Technologies is a leading provider of eCommerce solutions, specializing in Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify, and custom web applications. We are expanding our Quality Assurance team and looking for a skilled
QA Analyst with
1+ years of hands-on experience in eCommerce testing. The position is open at our
Ahmedabad office.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review project requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to provide clear and actionable feedback.
- Plan, prioritize, and execute testing activities for Magento, Shopify, and custom eCommerce modules.
- Prepare detailed and well-structured test plans, test cases, and QA reports.
- Identify, log, document, and track bugs with complete clarity and accuracy.
- Conduct thorough regression testing after bug fixes and feature updates.
- Collaborate closely with development, design, and product teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Analyze root causes of issues and verify non-conforming modules.
- Track and report QA metrics for continuous process improvement.
- Ensure overall quality standards are met before deployment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of software quality assurance processes, testing methodologies, and QA tools.
- Knowledge of Magento (extensions, modules, and functionalities).
- Understanding of Shopify (apps, storefront functionalities, and workflows).
- Experience in eCommerce site testing, including UI/UX validation, functional flows, and checkout processes.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to research technical issues effectively.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in manual QA/testing for eCommerce platforms.
