Risk Solutions Analyst
The Centre of Excellence (CoE) team in Hyderabad plays a pivotal role in driving Deloitte Australia's success by delivering support across a range of functions. There are 6 distinct CoEs empowering various capabilitiesincluding Reporting & Analytics, Finance, Quality & Risk, IT Services, Marketing, and Talentensuring seamless operations and strategic advancement.
Within the Quality & Risk (Q&R) CoE, dedicated sub-teams deliver targeted services such as reporting analytics, Partner Dashboard support, comprehensive due diligence for engagements and clients, conflict management, Personal Independence & Risk Solutions at green dot level.

Risk Solutions (RS)

The key functions of this role will support the Risk Advisory business in Australia. The goal is to embed a culture that is quality focused and risk aware. This reduces adverse outcomes and helps to reinforce the reputation for first class delivery.
Work you will do:
This role will involve:
- Designing, development, distribution, and management of internal and external surveys
- Quality-focused checking and review of workflows and output prior to the handover to the Australia team
- Designing, development, distribution, and management of AWS Contact centers and ServiceNow integrations
- Accurate and efficient creation of client profiles within systems and databases
- Regular refreshing and analyzing existing report for its accuracy
- Conceptualize new dashboards and leadership reports using Excel/Tableau/Power BI based on business requirements
- Provide regular updates to the Australian leadership team as well as communicating potential issues and risks
- Documentation of important process materials / deliverables
- Attend training sessions for technical and personal development as necessary
Key Skills Required: Qualifications Required:
- Advance technical skills Excellent MS Excel skills required. Proficiency in data validation, logical & complex functions in MS Excel, ability to analysis large data in Excel and should be able to design new reports.
- Tableau/Power BI and Survey development Skills- Basic knowledge of Tableau/Power BI and Survey building tools will be added advantage this will help both business and professional excel in future.
- AWS Connect and ServiceNow skills Basic knowledge of AWS Connect and ServiceNow is required for creation of Contact centers and ServiceNow integration.
- Quality control skills for checking workflows are designed according to the specification, for checking and double checking that information is accurately recorded & verified whenever necessary
- Keen analytical skills for strong task management and accuracy
- Time management skills for timely delivery of work with no/minimal errors
- Communication skills to respond to and/or escalate all queries and issues within the agreed timeframes as specified by the business and be proactive in all communications, with well through-out, concise, and timely oral and written communication
- Team playing skills for interacting constructively with team members to contribute towards the achievement of common goals and for effective interaction with virtual teams
- Graduate/post-graduate with an overall 1 to 3+ years of experience in MIS reporting, market/financial research.
- Experience with Qualtrics or other Survey platforms
- Advanced MS Excel skill, AWS, ServiceNow, SQL, and Tableau/Power BI
Preferred:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Tableau or Power BI for dashboard and report creation.
- Familiarity with survey development tools such as Qualtrics.
- Basic understanding of AWS Connect and ServiceNow for contact center setup and integrations.
- Strong analytical and quality control skills with attention to detail.
- Effective time management and ability to deliver accurate work within deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and virtual environments.
- Work Location: Hyderabad
- Shift Timings: 6.30 AM to 3.30 PM (flexibility needed to address business needs)
