Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive Python training to diverse groups of students, ensuring a deep understanding of core concepts and advanced topics.
- Design and develop engaging curriculum materials, including lectures, practical exercises, coding challenges, and projects.
- Provide one-on-one and group mentorship, offering constructive feedback and guidance to help students master Python programming.
- Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide support to ensure their success.
- Stay updated with the latest Python trends, libraries, and best practices to keep course content relevant and cutting-edge.
- Foster an interactive and supportive learning environment that encourages participation and problem-solving.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Python Trainer or Teacher, with a proven track record of effectively imparting knowledge.
- Deep expertise in Python programming, including its fundamental concepts, data structures, algorithms, and popular libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Django, Flask).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, enabling you to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to varied audiences.
- Strong pedagogical skills, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring, with a commitment to student success.
Work and Relocation
- The initial joining location for this role is Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
- We are open to trainers based anywhere in India, provided they are willing to relocate as per university locations for training assignments.
- Accommodation will be provided by the company at the training location.
