Position: Coding Facilitator
Employment Type: Freelance Contractual
Location: Work From Home
Key Responsibilities
- Teach coding to children in the age group of 5 to 14 years through live online sessions.
- Ensure that students enjoy and actively participate in the learning process.
- Engage, encourage, and motivate students to achieve their learning goals.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Conduct demo sessions with prospective students and support conversion.
- Conduct both group classes and one-on-one sessions as required.
- Create a fun, interactive, and creative learning environment for students.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech / M.E./M.Tech / MCA/ MSc (CS/IT)
- Strong knowledge of block-based coding platforms such as ScratchJr, Scratch, MIT App Inventor, Edublocks, etc.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and block-based AI platforms such as PictoBlox, Teachable Machine, etc.
- Knowledge of programming languages and technologies, including Python (fundamentals), HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Python libraries such as NumPy,Pandas.
- Hands-on experience in Data Analysis and Data Visualization projects using Python.
- 3+ years of relevant working experience in coding or software-related fields.
- 1+ year of teaching experience, preferably in coding.
- Experience in online teaching is mandatory.
- Strong subject knowledge and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable teaching young learners (children aged 5–14).
- Experience using technology in education will be an added advantage.
Technical Requirements :
- A properly functioning laptop or desktop with a strong internet connection.
- Reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted teaching sessions.
Work Schedule :
- 6 days a week
- Flexible schedule: 4, 6, or 8 hours per day
- Weekend availability required
- Comfortable working in US / UAE time zones to support global learners.

Salary Offered:
Per session based with minimum guarantee
- 1-25 Sessions : Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo
- 25-60 Sessions: Rs.250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
- 61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs.150/- per demo
- 81& above Session: Rs. 350/- per session + Rs. 175/- per demo
Further, there will be minimum guarantee amount as follows:
Rs: 6000/- for the 1st Month;
Rs 12000/- for the 2nd month
Rs. 18000/- 3rd month onwards.
