Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of robust Python applications using Django and Flask. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance user interfaces with React. - Ensure the scalability and performance of web applications. - Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices. - Stay updated with emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field. - 5-8 years of professional experience in Python development. - Proven expertise in Django and Flask frameworks. - Strong proficiency in React for frontend development. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Angular for additional frontend capabilities. - Demonstrated leadership skills in a technology-driven environment. - Track record of successful project delivery and team collaboration. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks quickly.
