Job Description

3–5 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath
Strong Python programming experience (scripting, data handling, APIs)
Experience with UiPath Orchestrator (scheduling, monitoring, deployments)
Knowledge of databases, SQL, and file handling (Excel, CSV, PDF, etc.)
Exposure to APIs, web services, and system integrations
Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and automation best practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath
Develop and integrate Python scripts for automation and data processing
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
Create reusable components, workflows, and automation frameworks
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of bots
Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, security, and compliance standards
Support bot monitoring, maintenance, and enhancements post-deployment
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
UiPath Certification (Advanced RPA Developer preferred)
Experience with enterprise automation or digital transformation projects
Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN)
Exposure to cloud platforms or AI/ML integration is a plus
