Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with strong hands on experience in UiPath and Python to design develop and maintain automation solutions
The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop test and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath
Develop and integrate Python scripts for automation and data processing
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
Create reusable components workflows and automation frameworks
Perform troubleshooting debugging and optimization of bots
Ensure adherence to RPA best practices security and compliance standards
Support bot monitoring maintenance and enhancements post deployment
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance

Technical Requirements:

3 5 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath
Strong Python programming experience scripting data handling APIs
Experience with UiPath Orchestrator scheduling monitoring deployments
Knowledge of databases SQL and file handling Excel CSV PDF etc
Exposure to APIs web services and system integrations
Understanding of SDLC Agile and automation best practices
Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills

Additional Responsibilities:

UiPath Certification Advanced RPA Developer preferred
Experience with enterprise automation or digital transformation projects
Familiarity with version control tools Git SVN
Exposure to cloud platforms or AI ML integration is a plus
