Job Description

Key Duties Including But Not Limited To

Work closely with TPO, Tech Lead, and Developers in an Agile environment.
Understand functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test data; maintain them in Zephyr.
Execute functional, integration, and regression testing (both manual and automation)
Maintain regression test suites in Zephyr and develop/maintain automation scripts (UI, API, Batch as applicable).
Integrate and maintain automation scripts within the CI/CD pipeline.
Log, track, and support defect triage in collaboration with development teams.
Demo test results and quality status to Business stakeholders.
Support Business during UAT testing and assist with issue validation.
Act as a strong advocate for testing standards and process adherence.
Work as an individual contributor with minimal guidance.
Take ownership of all testing deliverables for assigned applications.
Leverage AI tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness
