Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Python Programmer, located in Vadodara. The programmer will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance backend systems that power the Causal Intelligence platform.

Daily tasks include building data pipelines, implementing APIs, supporting simulation and modeling modules, and ensuring efficient integration between different system components such as causal models, machine learning pipelines, and optimization engines. The role requires close collaboration with engineers and researchers to translate complex algorithms into scalable, production-ready code.

Qualifications

 • Strong proficiency in Python and software development best practices

• Experience in building backend systems, APIs, and data processing pipelines

• Familiarity with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django

• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design

• Experience working with scientific computing libraries (NumPy, Pandas, etc.)

• Exposure to machine learning or data-driven systems is a plus

• Strong debugging, testing, and code optimization skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Ability to work on-site in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
