Python + Kafka Developer

Role: Python Developer – Kafka

Experience: 4+ years

Location: Bengaluru (BNG) / Hyderabad (HYD) / Pune (PUN) / Chennai (CHN) / Mumbai (MUM) / Noida / Gurugram (GGN)

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days office per week)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with strong Kafka experience to join a high-impact engineering team working on scalable, real-time data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based backend services
• Design and implement Kafka producers/consumers
• Work on real-time data streaming and event-driven architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Python
• Solid experience with Apache Kafka
• Experience with distributed systems and data pipelines
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Interview Process:

• 1st Round: Online Test (Mandatory)
