Job Description

Primary skills:Technology->Geographical Information System->Spatial Databases->SQL Server

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and services leveraging Generative AI and Machine Learning capabilities.
Lead end-to-end implementation of Gen AI solutions, from problem definition and data preparation to model integration and deployment.
Architect and implement robust backend systems and APIs using Django, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
Evaluate, fine-tune, and integrate generative models (e.g., text, code, or content generation) into production workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and AI-driven features.
Establish coding standards, review code, and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
Implement and maintain ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and monitoring.
Optimize application performance and reliability through profiling, refactoring, and effective use of Python and Django best practices.
Ensure proper documentation of architectures, design decisions, APIs, and ML/Gen AI workflows.
Stay current with emerging trends in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Python ecosystems, and recommend relevant tools or frameworks.
Knowledge of more than one technology
Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals
Knowledge of Testing tools
Knowledge of agile methodologies
Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes
Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements
Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills
Good understanding of the technology and domain
Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods
Awareness of latest technologies and trends
Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
