We are looking for an experienced Python Full Stack Trainer to train, guide, and mentor learners as per our industry-aligned curriculum. The trainer will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical instruction, hands-on labs, and real-world project guidance.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 3+ years of teaching/training experience in Python or Full Stack Development
- Industry experience is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training as per the Python Full Stack curriculum
- Teach Python fundamentals and OOPs concepts
- Train learners on backend frameworks (Django)
- Train learners on frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, basic React)
- Guide learners in building end-to-end full-stack projects
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, assignments, and assessments
- Support learners in debugging, optimization, and best coding practices
- Review projects, provide feedback, and prepare learners for interviews and placements
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to continuously improve content
Required Skills
- Strong command over Python programming
- Hands-on experience with Django
- Working knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)
- Experience with databases (MySQL)
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical manner
