Minematics is an analytics and data science company founded by IIM Mumbai alumni, focused on transforming complex data into actionable insights through storytelling-driven analytics. Since 2018, we've been working across industries like BFSI, Manufacturing, and Mining, building scalable platforms and data-driven solutions that solve real business problems. We are looking for a Python Full Stack Developer who enjoys building robust backend systems, intuitive frontends, and working closely with data teams to deliver high-impact products.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks

Build scalable backend APIs using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)

Develop responsive and interactive frontend interfaces using React.js / JavaScript / HTML / CSS

Integrate applications with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability

Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code

Participate in code reviews, debugging, and production support

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Python

Hands-on experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI

Solid understanding of frontend development using React.js and JavaScript

Experience with REST APIs and backend integrations

Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases

Understanding of Git, version control, and CI/CD basics

Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Leveraging LLM models/AI tools to generate code, fix bugs, and improve performance will give an added advantage

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

Experience working with data-driven or analytics platforms

Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud deployments

Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security best practices

Understanding of data visualization libraries or dashboards

Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments
