About the Role

Mindshift Hub is looking for 5 innovative Python Full Stack Developers specialized in Generative AI to join our client's team in Bengaluru. This role is perfect for developers who want to move beyond basic automation and build production-level AI agents and advanced RAG systems.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Development: Build and deploy Gen AI solutions using Langchain and Llama Index.
• Agentic Frameworks: Implement automated, intelligent solutions using Langraph and Crew AI.
• Architecture: Develop advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
• Full Stack: Python backend development + Front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).
• Cloud/DevOps: Manage solutions on Azure Cloud using Azure AI services and maintain CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps.

Technical Requirements

• Core: Python + Modern Javascript Frameworks.
• AI Stack: Hands-on experience with Langchain, Llama Index, and production Gen AI.
• Cloud: Strong understanding of Azure AI Services and DevOps (RBAC, Guardrails).
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.

High-Priority Nice to HaveCandidates with the following will be fast-tracked:

• Data Science & ML: Experience in model development and deployment.
• Analytics: Advanced analytics and data modeling.
• Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, or experience with AWS/GCP.
