We are seeking a Tech Lead QA to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The Tech Lead QA will play a critical role in shaping our testing strategies and mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead the QA team in developing and implementing testing strategies and plans.
- Oversee the design and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in best testing practices and methodologies.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to QA processes and standards.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to improve software quality.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and processes.
- Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
