Job Title: Python Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and test Python-based web applications and test automation scripts.
- Work with GenAI models to develop smart AI-powered business applications and AI agents
- Work with workflow automation tools such as n8n, make.com to create AI-powered business workflow automation and multi-agent workflows
- Customize open source GenAI models and fine-tuning the models as per business requirements
- Develop REST APIs using web frameworks such as Django and FastAPI
- Designing and building machine learning models using libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
- Clean and preprocess data using Pandas, NumPy, and other data-handling libraries.
- Implement algorithms and statistical models for predictive analytics.
- Build APIs or data pipelines to integrate AI/ML models with applications.
- Participate in debugging and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with other developers and project managers to understand project goals
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Python programming language.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and concepts.
- Familiarity with libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and ability to learn new concepts rapid fast.
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL, schema designs and databases.
- Exposure to Git/GitHub for version control.
- Ability to work independently without any guidance or handholding
- Ability to work under pressure and in extended hours
- Ability to take negative feedback and criticism constructively
