Experience - 5-6 years

Location - Bengaluru/Hyderabad

Role Summary

• Architect and build agentic systems that interpret context, choose actions, use tools/APIs, and complete multi-step tasks.
• Design and implement backend services in Python with AI integration as a primary focus.
• Build multi-agent workflows where multiple specialized agents coordinate to achieve goals.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, workflow tools) and manage authentication/permissions.
• Build prompting strategies and structured system prompts for consistent outcomes and safe tool use.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) with embeddings and vector databases to ground responses in enterprise content.

Required Qualifications

• Experience on any cloud AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI Foundry / AWS Bedrock / Google Cloud Vertex AI).
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar patterns for standardized tool connections.
• Experience with agent/LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel).
• Practical experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
