Python developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AI/ML-powered automation in workflow platforms
• Build scalable REST APIs using Python and FastAPI
• Apply NLP and ML techniques for intelligent process optimization
• Mentor junior engineers in experiment-driven development

Required Skills:

• Strong Python backend development (REST, async, functional programming)
• AI/ML & NLP libraries: Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, NLTK, Pydantic
• AI evaluation techniques: regression, classification, statistical testing
• Deep understanding of LLMs, Gen-AI, and ML fundamentals
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB
• Messaging: Apache Kafka, Solace
• Containerization & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Tekton, ArgoCD, Harness

Preferred:

• Experience in financial operations workflow automation
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Google Gemini
