Required Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of total IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python (minimum 45 years).
- Good understanding of Java (core concepts, collections, multithreading, etc.).
- Experience with code migration, refactoring, and modernization projects.
- Familiarity with frameworks like Flask, Django, or any other Python-based frameworks.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
- Proficient in version control systems like Git.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
