Job Description:

We are looking for skilled Python Developers with experience in Flask and React.js to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong backend and frontend development skills, with the ability to build scalable and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Python (Flask) for backend services
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js
• Design and implement RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
• Work on database design and integration (SQL/NoSQL)
• Ensure security and data protection standards are followed

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Python and Flask framework
• Hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience in building and consuming REST APIs
• Good understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Good to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Docker / CI-CD pipelines
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
