Job description:

We are looking for a Python Developer for one of our US-based hedge fund clients to design, build, and maintain applications using Python. The role involves writing clean, efficient code, debugging and resolving complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance software solutions in a fast-paced work environment.

This role requires working in a highly aggressive, fast-paced hedge fund environment with strict timelines and high expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python applications and APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
• Debug, test, and improve application performance.
• Work with databases and integrate third-party services.
• Collaborate with teams and follow coding best practices.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Python and frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of Git and REST APIs.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
